An environment specially related with the estrés it is the company. The reason is that it is this a place in that a permanent conflict exists between the necessity of results and the necessary resources to obtain this results, fundamentally time and money. A great pressure exists on the employees, directive and managers to dedicate more time and money in order to get the results, to make decisions, to change to innovate, etc.. And this is not anything comfortable for the human nature that he/she reacts with a great variety of derived symptoms of the high estrés degree that can reach.
The managerial community usually reacts from a symptomatic way to the daily pressure to be more productive, more effective and to the permanent necessity of to change and to innovate to adapt more to the environment.
But it is not only a task relacional or human. The external professionals also have to have deep managerial knowledge, to understand and to guide the commercial and financial real processes.
