Cakes of Shrimp

Necessary ingredients in this prescription:
Ground Dry shrimp: 1/4 kg
Eggs: 2 kg
Flour: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 1/4 kg
Oregano: 1 pinch
Garlic: 1 tooth
Salt: to the pleasure
Oil: sufficient to fry


They are fought. the eggs on the verge of ribbon, to add the flour and the shrimp. To take a spoonful from the mixture and to drain it to the hot oil to form the cake and to fry. To remove and to slip. To liquefy the tomato garlic, the oregano and salt to the taste and to stew it with a water cup. To serve cakes and to bathe them with the sauce.
